Overview
Detailed Reports contains the full library of Boulevard reports, organized by category so you can quickly locate the data and insights relevant to your business.
From the Reports tab, you'll see the list of Detailed Reports in the left-hand sidebar.
Reports are organized into expandable categories. Click on a category to view the reports within it, or collapse it to hide the list.

Appointments
The Appointments category includes reports related to bookings, appointment activity, and service-level details. Use these reports when you need to:

Catalog
The Catalog category includes reports related to your configured services, retail products, memberships, and inventory. Use these reports when you need to:

Catalog Reports
Product inventory activity: Track every inventory quantity change by product, location, or reason to support audits and accountability. Filter by product, location, or adjustment reason to investigate shrinkage, catch discrepancies, and confirm whether changes were made manually or by the system.
Product inventory on hand: See what's currently in stock across all locations to support purchasing and inventory decisions. Filter by product, brand, category, or supplier to review quantities and make informed purchasing decisions before you run low.
Location records: Review how your business locations are configured, including groupings, tags, and operational details. Helpful for multi-location owners who want to confirm setup accuracy or reference location attributes at a glance. No performance data included.
Membership records: See how your membership plans are set up, including pricing, billing cadence, and eligibility. Helpful for reviewing your current offerings, catching configuration errors, or preparing for a membership update. No sales data included.
Product records: Review how retail products are configured in the system, including pricing and catalog status. Helpful for troubleshooting missing products, verifying pricing, or ensuring your catalog is up to date. No sales or inventory data included.

The Clients category focuses on client behavior, loyalty, balances, referrals, and membership activity. Use these reports when you need to:

Client Reports
Account credit balance: See which clients have outstanding credit balances as of a specific date for reconciliation or audit. Helpful for understanding your financial liability, resolving client billing questions, or preparing for a reconciliation or audit.
Client loyalty activity: See how clients are earning and redeeming loyalty points and audit adjustments by client or staff. Filter by client, staff, or activity type to audit your loyalty program and ensure points are being applied correctly.
Client ratings: See client feedback across staff, services, and locations to spot performance trends and concerns. Filter by rating score or date to recognize top performers and quickly address service concerns.
Client records: Pull a clean list of all client profiles and stored information for data clean-up or operational reference. No sales or behavioral data included.
Client referrals: Track who's referring new clients, the value generated, and whether rewards are being issued as expected. Helpful for validating your referral program and understanding word-of-mouth impact.

Daily summary: Get a quick daily rollup of sales, refunds, discounts, and adjustments to validate end-of-day performance. Great for spotting anomalies early and keeping a pulse on financial activity by location.
Disputes activity: Track the individual actions and stages of a disputed charge from start to finish. Helpful for following a specific dispute through the resolution process and keeping your records accurate.
Disputes summary: Get an overview of all payment disputes, including amounts, statuses, and resolution progress. Helpful for monitoring your financial exposure and ensuring your team is following up on open disputes.
Gift card activity: See every gift card issued and redeemed at a transaction level to track redemptions and reconcile balances. Filter by location, client, or date to confirm all redemptions and reconcile outstanding balances.
