Checklist: Adding Additional Locations to Your Dashboard

Use this guided checklist to stay organized and on track through every stage of the process.

To ensure a smooth and successful launch of your newest location, please complete the checklist below as soon as you receive access to your new location. If you need help or have questions, contact our support team for assistance. They will guide you through the initial steps and triage your request to ensure you have the right resources and support throughout the process.

Add or verify the location address, including zip code of the new business.

Manage>Details>Location Address

Add Payment Method for billing purposes.

Submit a new merchant account.

Merchant Set Up *Upon approval, please add a contact email for updates in the event of a payment dispute. Approval takes 2-3 business days.

Create Booking Line

Note: Final approval is managed by an independent reputation authority The Campaign Registry (TCR), and may take up to two weeks. When registration is complete, you’ll be notified in the dashboard when you’re ready to start texting. The sooner you submit, the better!

Order your Duo

Navigate to the Manage tab > Details > ensure location booking is unchecked (disabled) for your new location until you are ready to go live

General Setup

LOCATION DETAILS

CLIENT NOTIFICATIONS

FORMS AND CHARTING

  • Reference the support article around building forms, click here

  • Build out any forms/charts as desired

  • Ensure forms/charts settings are complete, including location and services associated

PRODUCTS

  • Reference the support article around Products and Inventory, click here

  • Go through all products: check pricing, brand, category, and setup.

  • Make sure all products are enabled at your new location from Manage > Products tab

  • Add product inventory at your new location via Manage > Products

  • Update any location-specific pricing for products

  • If applicable, update any item-specific tax rates

MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES

  • Reference the support articles around Memberships & Packages, click here

  • Go through all memberships and packages: check pricing, setup, and locations

  • Make sure all Memberships & Packages are enabled from Gear Icon > Membership Plans or Gear Icon > Packages

  • If applicable, update any item-specific tax rates

SERVICES

  • Make sure Services and Categories are ordered correctly - more info can be found here

  • Confirm that your stylists are “assigned” and “bookable” to the appropriate services (Manage > Services > Staff) at your new location

EMPLOYEES

  • Add New Employees: Gear icon > New Employee

  • Comb through the “Employees” section and make sure there aren't any duplicate email addresses.

  • Duplicate services and permissions from existing staff profiles, if applicable

  • Verify that all employees are assigned to the correct locations.

    • Gear icon > Employees > Find and click the employee name > Scroll to the bottom until you see “Assigned Locations”

  • Enable the communication preferences for each staff member

    • Gear icon > Employees > Click on the employee name > Communication

COMPENSATION

  • Please enter your staff’s compensation rates within the staff profiles and add tiers if needed.

SCHEDULE HOURS

  • Schedule staff hours - Manage > Schedule

LOCATION LOGO

  • Ensure a logo is added in the Manage > Location tab; 200 x 200 JPEG

BOULEVARD OFFSET

  • Share the cost of credit card processing with your clients. Read more about Boulevard Offset

  • To opt into Boulevard Offset: Gear icon > Business Details > Boulevard Offset

MARKETING SUITE

  • Reference the support article around Automated Campaigns to ensure the new location is added, click here

QUICKBOOKS ONLINE INTEGRATION (*if applicable)

  • Reference the support article around QuickBooks Online, click here

  • Map the new location to the QuickBooks Online location

  • Open the QuickBooks Online Integration: Gear Icon > Apps & Integrations > Configure

  • Go to Locations -> New Mapping
