Overview
Businesses can input hours for the days your location is open so clients know when they can contact you. These hours are displayed on your clients’ Appointment Details page in the Client Portal.
These listed hours do not impact scheduling. See Restricting Appointment Availability to learn more about adjusting availability for booking.
Setting Location Hours
Navigate to Manage Location > Details
Check the box next to each day your business is open
Add hours your location is open for business
Hours are saved automatically and can be modified at any time.
Hiding Location Hours in Client Portal
To hide the location hours with the Client Portal, navigate to your ⚙️Manage Business > Client Experience tab > Client Portal tab and turn off the location hours setting.
