How to add and edit receipt notes.

Overview

Businesses can add a custom note to appear at the bottom of all customer receipts. This note can be useful for reiterating policies, bringing attention to current promotions, sending holiday wishes, etc.

Note: As of 11/19/24, email receipt settings have moved from the Manage>Details page, to the Manage Location>Client Notifications page. In the Order Receipts menu item, you'll now find the settings to include ratings prompt or a receipt note within your email receipts.

New experience (updated 11/19/2024)

  1. To manage receipt note settings, navigate to Manage Location > Client Notifications.

  2. Click Order receipt.

  3. Add receipt note.


Old experience (deprecated)

Adding a Receipt Note

  1. Select the desired business location (if applicable).

  2. Click Manage.

  3. Scroll down to Details.

  4. Enter the note in the Receipt Note field and it saves automatically.
