How to Set Your Tax Rates

Updating the tax rates for your Services, Products, Memberships and Packages at the location level.

To ensure your business remains compliant and your books stay accurate, you can set tax rates for the goods and services you sell to clients based on local requirements.

Keep in mind

  • Tax regulations vary by state, city, and business type.

  • If you're unsure about which goods or services to tax, consult your accountant for guidance.

Navigate to Manage Business

This will take you to the Location Info page, which displays your logo and general business information.

Find Tax Rates

Scroll down past the Calendar Settings section and look for Tax Rates, located just before Message Settings.

Set Tax Rates

Enter the tax rate for each category: Services, Products, Packages, and Memberships. The page will automatically save your entries.

Apply Tax to New Offerings

When creating a new Service, Product, Package, or Membership, toggle on the option to charge tax. The rate you set will automatically apply.

By following these steps, you’ll ensure your tax settings are accurate and ready to align with local requirements.
