When managing your memberships at the business level, there are a few settings you can apply across all your memberships at once.
Multi-location management - enable locations to edit a client's membership, regardless of where it was purchased
Past due memberships - waive past due membership charges
Client cancellation settings
Email cancellation request - clients who try to cancel a membership through the client portal must email your business to request to cancel their membership
Click-to-cancel in client portal - clients can cancel their membership through the client portal. Cancellations go into a scheduled state until the client cancellation settings are met
While the FTC’s Click-to-Cancel rule was blocked by a federal appeals court, businesses that sell memberships online should still review their state’s specific regulations to ensure compliance.
