Tracking Memberships in Real Time

Memberships can be easily viewed in real-time from the Memberships table within the Sales tab. Memberships are displayed based on the location you are viewing. This table allows you to easily search, sort, and filter your members to track down those that are past due. It can also be filtered by Active, Inactive, and Past Due status. Select any membership row to see the client profile, then click back out to pick up where you left off.

Membership Reports

Description

The membership sales report provides total, new, and recurring membership sales by order including count, dollar amount, and tax.

The membership cancellations report provides the reason clients cancel their memberships along with how long the membership lasted and the lifetime value of clients while they were on the membership.

Understand how well your staff are retaining their clients on a membership. The membership staff retention report provides the retention rate of clients on membership plans per staff member.

The Membership Commission Summary details the commissions earned by staff individuals based on the sale of memberships. This summary includes memberships sold, commission rates, and the total membership commission earnings per staff member. It also tracks the number of memberships sold within a specific time period, providing transparency and clarity on commission payouts tied to membership-related sales activities.

This summary provides a detailed overview of membership sales, including quantity sold, subtotal, tax and total revenue.
