Tracking Memberships in Real Time
Memberships can be easily viewed in real time from the Memberships table within the Sales tab. Memberships are displayed based on the location you are viewing. This table allows you to easily search, sort, and filter your members to track down those that are past-due. It can also be filtered by status: Active, Inactive, and Past Due. Select any membership row to see the client profile, then click back out to pick up right where you left off.
Reporting on Membership Sales in Reports
Boulevard offers a pre-formatted Subscriptions report within reports. This report includes:
Metric | Definition |
Location Name | location where the client purchased the membership |
Client | client name |
Product Name | name assigned to membership |
Start On | membership start date |
End On | membership paid-through date |
Subscription Interval | the length of how often a client is billed |
Term # | number of paid terms to date |
Subscription MRR | monthly recurring revenue expected from memberships based on price and interval |
Additional columns can be added to the subscriptions report including:

Client email | email associated with the purchasing client's profile |
Client ID | client ID associated with the purchasing client's profile |
Created On | date when the membership was created in the Boulevard system |
Location ID | ID number that is assigned to each location inside the software |
Product ID | backend ID that is automatically created for a product |
Subscription ARR | annual revenue expected from memberships based on the price and interval |
Subscription Status | the current status of a client's membership which falls under the following: Active, Past Due, Paused, and Canceled |
Updated On | date when the membership was last updated (i.e. paused, canceled, etc.) |
NOTE: This report shows all membership sales (including renewals) and does not show "new" membership sales.
Customization Options
Boulevard’s Reports allow you to create customizable templates so you can see your data the way you want. You can add or remove columns, filter data, or sort a report to view the data the way you prefer. See our Customizing Reports support article on how to modify reports to suit your business’ needs.
Report Data
Report data defaults to transaction ID, but you can easily modify your data to view by client name, location name or product name by clicking customize and selecting the report data dropdown menu.
