Overview

Understand how well your staff are retaining their clients on a membership. The membership staff retention report provides the retention rate of clients on membership plans per staff member.

Default Metrics

Metric

Definition

Location Name

The location where the membership was sold

Staff Name

The staff member who sold the membership

Paused %

The percentage of memberships paused in the time period selected

Canceled %

The percentage of memberships canceled in the time period selected

Active %

The percentage of memberships activated in the time period selected

Past Due %

The percentage of memberships who had failed payments in the period selected

Membership Conversion Rate

The % of time a client purchased a membership after receiving a service from the staff member

Membership Client LTV

Total amount paid by the client on any products, services, memberships, and packages while the membership was active

Secondary Metrics

Active Membership Count

The number of active memberships on the last day of the time period selected

Canceled Membership Count

The number of canceled memberships on the last day of the time period selected

Membership Client Count

The total number of clients, across all states for the membership on the last day of the time period selected

Past Due Membership Count

The number of past due memberships on the last day of the time period selected

Paused Membership Count

The number of paused memberships on the last day of the time period selected

Customization Options

It's recommended to group by the following measures:

  • Location name

  • Staff name

  • Membership name
