Overview
The operator activity report provides detailed performance metrics by operator. An operator is defined as the staff member who completes the order.
Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Sale Operator Name | Name of operator who created the order |
Order Count | Count of orders |
New Client Count | Unique count of clients who had their first appointment |
Service Sales | Net sales amount for service line items |
Appointment Count | Unique count of appointments |
Product Client Count | Unique count of clients who purchased a product |
Product Quantity Sold | Total quantity of products sold |
Product Sales | Net sales amount for product line items |

Additional columns
It’s recommended to add additional columns for the following metrics:
Net Sales (Net gift card sales, Net package sales, Net New Membership sales, Net recurring membership sales, net retail product sales, Net total membership sales)
Day of Week
To view operator activity by day of week, group rows by Day of Week.
