Enhancements that are live

Forecast promotion performance on upcoming appointments

You told us you need to track promotion performance on upcoming bookings, not just after checkout. We've added Discount name as a dimension and filter on the Appointment and Appointment line items reports, including future-booked appointments.

Why it matters: You can now forecast how a promotion is performing on upcoming appointments instead of waiting until after checkout.

Reconcile tax and net revenue automatically on the Sales summary dashboard

Based on your feedback, we've split Tax out of Net in the ‘Total collected’ widget within the Sales summary dashboard.

Why it matters: You can reconcile collected amounts against tax remittance without manual math. Total collected now maps cleanly to payments.

See voucher-redeemed and direct-pay services separately in ‘Total collected’

We've split Services into two rows on Total collected widget within the Sales summary dashboard: direct-pay services and services redeemed with vouchers.

Why it matters: If you run a voucher-heavy business (packages or memberships, common for medspas), this closes the biggest gap between your ‘Total collected’ and ‘Payment methods’ numbers, making reconciliation far easier.

Compare current and desired stock levels for smarter reordering

We heard from you that comparing current stock to desired stock is essential to your reorder workflow. We've added the "Desired quantity on-hand" measure back to the Product inventory on-hand report.

Why it matters: You can keep your existing reorder process intact, comparing current stock against your desired levels in one place.

Attribute every appointment, including cancellations, to the servicing provider

We've added Service provider name to the Appointment and Appointment line items reports, and fixed an issue where provider name showed blank on cancelled appointments.

Why it matters: Front desk staff and managers can now attribute appointment activity to the servicing provider, including cancelled appointments, which is essential for cancellation and no-show analysis by provider.

Build outreach lists directly from your Appointment reports

You asked for client contact and demographic details alongside appointment activity. We've added Client email, Mobile phone, Age, and Address as selectable columns on the Appointment and Appointment line items reports.

Why it matters: You can build outreach lists, like contacting clients with upcoming or cancelled appointments, directly from one report instead of manually joining Appointments with Client records.

Quick fixes that are live

Trust that your exports match exactly what you see on screen

We fixed an issue where CSV exports didn't retain applied boolean filters, so downloads didn't match what you saw on screen.

Why it matters: Your exports now match exactly what you see on screen, preventing incorrect numbers from landing in your payroll or accounting workflows.

Get exports that reflect the date granularity you selected

We fixed an issue where downloaded reports didn't reflect the day, week, or month granularity you selected on screen.

Why it matters: Your downloaded data now reflects the granularity you chose, keeping exported reports trustworthy.

See only truly outstanding vouchers in your liability report

We fixed an issue where the Voucher balance report was including fully used vouchers (zero balance) instead of showing only vouchers outstanding as of your selected date.

Why it matters: The report now reflects your true outstanding voucher liability, avoiding confusion or inflated liability totals for your finance team.

Get accurate line-item counts on the Order Line Items report

We fixed an issue where Line item count was counting distinct items instead of individual line items, which understated subtotals.

Why it matters: Your rolled-up line counts are now accurate, so you can trust line-volume totals when grouping by location, staff, or date.

In progress

Track utilization of resources in a dedicated report

Many of you rely on tracking room and device utilization day to day. We're adding Resource utilization as its own report, covering hours scheduled, hours booked, and utilization percentage, sliced by resource category, resource, staff, or service.

Why it matters: Medspas and other resource-dependent businesses regain a core operational KPI used for capacity planning and day-to-day workflows.

What's next

This is a living document. We'll continue to update it as we ship future enhancements and fixes to Reports, so check back to see what's new.
