ePrescribe pricing

Per user pricing for Prescribers and Assistants in ePrescribe

Written by Julia Egan

Boulevard ePrescribe, powered by ScriptSure, enables seamless medication management directly from client profiles by syncing data across your business locations.

Boulevard ePrescribe allows you to prescribe directly from the client profile, so you can manage medications from the same place that you manage your business.

Once set up, your client, location and staff member data flows between Boulevard and our e-prescription integration partner, ScriptSure, so you can seamlessly manage medications.

Pricing & Billing

  • Prescribers: $45/month plus a $65 annual ID proofing fee (charged at the end of the first month and annually thereafter).

  • Assistants: Included at no additional cost.

Fees are billed to the location where the prescriber was initially set up. Monthly rates are not prorated; any use during a calendar month incurs the full monthly fee.

FAQs

Where can I purchase ePrescribe?

ePrescribe is available to all businesses with HIPAA Coverage (Starter Aesthetics Bundle, Aesthetics Bundle, Enterprise Medspas, or legacy HIPAA Coverage Add-ons). Admins can begin setup under Manage Business or Manage Location > ePrescribe. Learn more: Getting Started with ePrescribe.

Which location do you charge for a prescriber that is set up at multiple locations?

A Prescriber’s monthly fee is charged to the location where they were set up. If they are removed from that location, they are charged to the location that set them up next. You can grant access to Prescribers at other locations, but you cannot change which location is billed for that Prescriber without removing them from their original location.

Are the rates prorated if we start in the middle or end of the month?

No, for the sake of simplicity, if a prescriber completes setup and is ready to write prescriptions during a month, they will be charged the monthly fee for that month.

I turned off ePrescribe - why was I still charged?

You will be charged if any Prescriber had a set-up account during the month, even if it was turned off part way through the month.

Will I receive a separate bill for ePrescribe?

If you are currently receiving your bill on the first of every month, ePrescribe will be included in that bill. If you receive a separate usage bill at the end of the month, ePrescribe will be on the end of the month bill.

When does ePrescribe start billing?

Once you complete both ScriptSure setup and ID.ME identity proofing, you are ready to write prescriptions and you will be billed for ePrescribe access. Learn more: Getting Started with ePrescribe.
