If you have Boulevard's Forms & Charts add on, you have access to a file uploader that makes it easy to keep all client documents in one place. You can upload loose files that are not currently in Boulevard, like consent forms, signed membership agreements, treatment notes, or photos, directly to the Files tab on each client’s profile.

All uploads are securely stored and fully HIPAA compliant, so you can manage sensitive information with confidence. This feature helps you stay organized, streamline record-keeping, and keep important documents easily accessible.

All files uploaded to this section in the client profiles will count towards your storage usage on Boulevard.

All admin users can upload, rename, and delete files. All other users will have read-only access.

How it works

  1. Click into a client's profile

  2. Click 'Files'

  3. Click 'Upload File'

  4. Select all files you'd like to upload

  5. Click 'Upload'

The file uploader does not accept zip files or .csv files. Please convert all files prior to trying to upload them from the file uploader.

Files are displayed from most recent to oldest.

The file uploader is compatible with both, Android and iOS, and can be used on tablets and mobile devices.

Rename a file

  1. Click the 3 dots next to the file you want to rename

  2. Click 'Rename'

When renaming a client file, you cannot

  • Use spaces in the name

  • Use a file name that already exists

Delete a file

  1. Click the 3 dots next to the file you'd like to delete

  2. Click 'Delete'
