The Appointments report gives you a complete view of all appointments scheduled within a chosen date range. It includes details about clients, staff, services, and how each appointment was booked—helping you understand what’s driving your business across all locations.


Who is this report for?

Perfect for business and location managers who want to monitor appointment activity and track team performance.


When should you use it?

  • To see which services are most commonly booked and who’s booking them

  • To get insights into booking behavior — are clients booking online, or is staff doing it in-house?

  • To understand your client mix — new versus returning

💡 Pro Tip: This report is based on the appointment service date, not the date the appointment was booked.

The full name of the client

The staff member assigned to the appointment

Booking Source

Where the appointment was booked (Dashboard or online)

Client Type

Booked On

Date the appointment was scheduled

When the appointment is set to occur

Service Name

The name of the booked service

Appointment State

Status of the appointment: Booked, Confirmed, Arrived, Active, Canceled, Final

Canceled On

If canceled, the date it was canceled

Cancellation Reason

Why the appointment was canceled

List Price

The listed price of the service

Appointment Count

Total number of appointments, helpful when grouping data
