Definition

Location Name

The name of your business location

Client Name

The full name of the client who booked

Staff Name

The staff member assigned to the appointment

Booking Source

How the appointment was booked (Dashboard or online)

Client Type

Whether the client is new or returning

Booked On

The date the appointment was booked

Appointment Date

The date the appointment is scheduled to happen

Service Name

The service that was booked

Appointment State

Current status: Booked, Confirmed, Arrived, Active, Canceled, or Final

Canceled On

If canceled, the date it was canceled

Cancellation Reason

The reason the client or business canceled the appointment

List Price

The listed price for the service booked

Appointment Count

The number of appointments, useful for grouping by staff or location

Service Count

The number of services, especially helpful when multiple services are booked in a single appointment
