Metric | Definition |
Location Name | The name of your business location |
Client Name | The full name of the client who booked |
Staff Name | The staff member assigned to the appointment |
Booking Source | How the appointment was booked (Dashboard or online) |
Client Type | Whether the client is new or returning |
Booked On | The date the appointment was booked |
Appointment Date | The date the appointment is scheduled to happen |
Service Name | The service that was booked |
Appointment State | Current status: Booked, Confirmed, Arrived, Active, Canceled, or Final |
Canceled On | If canceled, the date it was canceled |
Cancellation Reason | The reason the client or business canceled the appointment |
List Price | The listed price for the service booked |
