Location Name | The name of the business location |
Client Name | Full name of the client |
Staff Name | Staff member assigned to the appointment |
Booking Source | Where the appointment was booked (Dashboard or online) |
Client Type | New or returning client |
Booked On | Date the appointment was originally booked |
Appointment Date | Scheduled date of the appointment |
Service Name | Name of the canceled service |
Appointment State | Final status of the appointment (Booked, Confirmed, Canceled, etc.) |
Canceled On | The date the appointment was canceled |
Cancellation Reason | Reason provided for the cancellation |
List Price | Listed price of the canceled service |
Appointment Count | Total appointments canceled, used for grouping |
Service Count | Number of services canceled, useful for identifying trends |
