Overview
The Gift Card Liabilities report provides you with a detailed list of all unused gift card balances. By default, this report includes every individual gift card. See customization options below to learn how to view by location or by client.
NOTE: This is a point-in-time report, meaning when it is pulled it is providing the current liabilities based on the date and time accessed. There is not an option to view by date range or to view past liabilities.
Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Gift Card Liability ID | ID of the gift card |
Purchasing Client | Name of client who purchased the gift card |
Location Name | Name of location that the gift card was purchased at |
Gift Card Code | Code of gift card |
Gift Card Type | Type of gift card (cash or voucher) |
Gift Card Balance | Balance left on the gift card |
Customization Options
Gift Card Liabilities by Location
To view by location, change report data from gift card ID to location name.
Gift Card Liabilities by Client
To view gift card liabilities by client, change report data from gift card ID to client name.
Gift Card Count
To view gift card count, add a column for the gift card count metric.
Active Gift Cards
To view a count of active gift cards, add a column for the active gift card metric.
