Overview
The Clients tab allows for efficient and easy management of your client list, with an audience builder and targeting filters you can leverage for creation of marketing campaigns segments.
The parent Clients tab is split into two secondary tabs: Clients and Audiences.
Clients tab
In the Clients tab, you can see and manage your full client list, search, apply filters, export, and save new audiences. You’ll also notice:
You can save filtered view as new audience (to appear in Audiences tab)
Default fields include client name, marketing opt in status for text and email, phone number, and email address
New filters
We've made some updates to filter names and added new filters to make your audience capability more robust. We've also added a new 'AND' logic to help you stack your filters.
Renamed filters:
Locations > Locations visited
Purchased > Service received
First appointment > First appointment date
Last appointment > Last appointment date
New filters:
Appointment date
Appointment count
Product purchased
Apply filters from the top right.
Apply multiple filters with the new 'AND' logic capability including products purchased.
Improved Logic
New logic capability to help you stack filters.
Exclusion logic: allows you to use operators “was” / “was not” to exclude client groups. Example: service received was not X.
Multi-Select logic: Allows you to select multiple providers. Ex. Client has received a service from provider X OR provider Y – not provider X AND provider Y.
Stacking 'AND' between filters: allows you to stack multiple filters with “AND” logic. Ex. Service received was X AND product purchased was Y. This filters down; so only clients who meet both criteria will show. As filters are added, you can see the count of clients matching filters. If too many filters are added, it will show 0 clients.
