Overview
Messages inbox has an updated look & feel with a sleek, simple design. Messages inbox is still accessed from the Messages tab in the dashboard. We’ve created more of a focused view for active conversations, and you can still access the same functions as before. Keep reading to see what’s new.
Inbox now has a tab view for “Open” and “Closed” conversations.
Select a client text thread in the left-hand inbox view to open a conversation.
Reference tags next to the client name.
Click on the note icon in the top right corner of a conversation to add a conversation note.
Click on the client name to expand the client profile mid-conversation.
Close the client profile by clicking the ‘X’ to return to the conversation.
Close a conversation by clicking the close icon in the top right corner.
Closed conversations will appear in the “Closed” tab.
