Fill Slow Days OR Last Minute Opening Campaigns
The Fill slow days & Last minute openings campaigns are designed to automatically review a service provider’s calendar and send marketing emails to clients that are the most likely to book based on Boulevard's campaign optimization. These campaigns can be utilized to help keep your service provider’s calendar full and clients coming back.
The Fill slow days campaign will evaluate availability 7 days in advance and email clients to increase your bookings. Enter the availability threshold to determine when emails should be sent. In the example below, an email will be sent when a staff member has more than 50% availability on their calendar in the next 7 days. Boulevard recommends somewhere between 50-80% availability.
The Last-minute opening campaign will evaluate availability 2 days in advance and email clients to increase your bookings. Enter the availability threshold to determine when emails should be sent. In the example below, an email will be sent when a staff member has more than 50% availability on their calendar in the next 2 days. Boulevard recommends somewhere between 50-80% availability.
Reminder to Book OR Rescue Lost Clients Campaigns
To keep your clients coming back, Boulevard’s Reminder to book & Rescue lost clients campaigns will remind your clients to make another appointment after a determined period of time. These campaigns will only email clients if they don’t have an upcoming appointment. To begin, start by deciding when your campaigns should be sent.
The Reminder to book campaign will automatically message your clients who haven't rebooked since their last visit. Enter the number of days after their last appointment. Boulevard will send emails to clients after this amount of days who haven’t booked their next appointment. Select a minimum of 0 days and a maximum of 100 days.
The Rescue lost clients campaign will automatically message your clients who haven’t been back in a while. Enter the number of days after their last appointment. Boulevard will send emails to clients after this amount of days who haven’t rebooked their next appointment. Select a minimum of 100 days or 15 weeks.
Birthday Message Campaign
To wish your clients a happy birthday, send them a birthday message to incentivize them to book services before their big day.
The Birthday message campaign will automatically message your clients who have a birthday saved in their client profile based on the messaging dates you set. Choose from the following messaging dates:
The day of their birthday
The day before their birthday
1 week before their birthday
2 weeks before their birthday
4 weeks before their birthday
Location Filter
For all campaigns, decide which locations should send this campaign. By deselecting a location, any clients who have visited that location will not receive emails. Clients of the selected locations will also never receive emails for openings or reminders of the locations that aren't selected. Only active Locations will send marketing emails and will be charged for messages sent.
