Automated campaign reporting

In your Automated campaign dashboard within the Marketing tab, you can view and manage campaigns and track campaign performance.

In the top left, select your desired location and date range to view campaign performance for a specific time period. Campaign metrics shown will reflect results from texts / emails that were sent during that selected date range.

β†’ Campaign performance summary

Metrics summary cards along the top row summarize performance across all of your active automated campaigns, for your selected date range.

Recipients

Total count of individual clients who have received an automated text or email during your selected date range.

In the above example, 1500 unique clients received an automated email or text message.

Booked appointments

Total count of appointments booked within 7 days of the campaign being sent to clients.

In the above example, 168 booked appointments resulted from campaigns sent in November.

Completed appointments

Total count of completed appointments resulting from campaigns sent during your selected date range.

In the above example,

  • Campaigns running in November resulted in 120 completed appointments, that may have been completed during the month of November, or later.

  • If November date range is selected in the dashboard, you'll see 120 completed appointments attributed to the November campaigns, even if they were completed in a later month.

Completed sales

Total revenue from completed appointments that resulted from campaigns sent during your selected date range.

β†’ Individual campaign performance

Below the summary cards, you can review the specific performance and metrics for individual campaigns. The "Sent by" column indicates whether each individual campaign was sent by email, text, or both, per your settings.

β†’ Additional marketing reports

In the Reports tab within Boulevard, additional reporting is available. See the below articles for detailed breakdowns of each:

β†’ Appointment attribution and pricing

Automated campaigns are free to send via text or email, and you only pay once a client actually comes in and completes an appointment that resulted from an automated campaign.

For example:

  • Client is sent an automated text or email campaign

  • Client books within 7 days of getting the automated text or email

  • Client completes the appointment

    • The location at which the appointment was completed is then charged $2 for the completed appointment.
