Overview

Once an email blast has been sent, you can see how that campaign is performing in the Blast campaign summary page within the Marketing tab.

Blast campaigns dashboard & reporting

Once your campaign has been sent or scheduled, it will appear in your Blast campaigns dashboard. Here, you can reference all campaigns that have been drafted or sent.

See campaign status (draft, completed, or scheduled), send date, and core metrics like Sent, Clicked, and Unsubscribed.

The Blast Summary dashboard includes a detailed representation of each previously run, and currently running campaign, status, send date, number of messages sent, clicked and unsubscribed. The default date range for this view is month to date - to see summary information for older Blast campaigns, simply adjust the date range.

Clicking a completed One Time Blast campaign from the “Blast campaigns” summary page displays a campaign summary card with the following metrics:

Metric

Definition

Sent

The total number of emails sent to recipients.

Delivered

The number of emails that were successfully delivered to recipients.

Opened

The number of emails that were opened by recipients.

Clicked

The total number of unique recipient clicks.

Unsubscribed

The number of recipients who opted out of future email marketing.

Failed

The number of emails that failed to reach recipients often due to spam filters or invalid emails.

Marketing Campaign Performance

To see in-depth metrics on Campaign Performance by Location, Date, or Client you can use the Marketing Campaign Performance Report to view performance for all messages sent.

You can add a filter for delivery status to show whether an email was delivered or bounced. To do this, click on Customize Report, add the Delivery Status column, and click Update.

Blast campaigns will show as “Other” under campaign. Blasts campaigns will not show booked appointments, completed appointments, or ocmpleted sales.

NOTE: 'Action taken on' is the date the campaign was sent with a timestamp.
