📣 Overview

Email blasts let you stand out in your clients' inbox with personalized, targeted emails featuring your brand imagery and messaging. Build your target audience with ease, then use our email builder with pre-built themes to create and send beautifully branded emails that look great on any device. Track your email blast performance in the dashboard.

Email blasts are perfect for communications like newsletters, promotions, important announcements and business notifications, and more!


👥 Privileges

To access the Marketing tab, users must have at least one Marketing Privilege enabled.

Navigate to Manage Business settings > Privilege groups, then enable privileges in the Marketing section.

✍🏼 Create a new email blast

Once the Marketing Privileges are enabled, you are able to access the Marketing tab.

In the Blast campaigns dashboard of your Marketing tab, you can view past campaigns and create new text or email blasts.

From Blast campaigns dashboard, click New Campaign > Email.


Choose your email blast audience

  1. In the “General Settings” step, enter a campaign name. Please note this will be the default subject line for your email, but you’ll be able to modify your subject line again before sending your Email Blast.


  2. Select the audience for your Email Blast.

  3. You can exclude specific groups or clients who recently received email marketing. As a best practice, we recommend limiting Text Blasts to once per week per client. To learn how to create an audience, check out Clients & Audiences.


  4. Click “Save and next” to move on to editing your email template.

Customize your email blast

Review and send your email blast

Once you’ve finalized your email content, you can send your email blast immediately or schedule it for later. All scheduled email blasts are sent at 9 AM UTC on the day you select.

Click "Launch campaign" to launch your email blast.

NOTE: When a client responds to an email blast, their reply is directed to the email address associated with the location that sent the email.

Email blast reporting

Once your email blast has been sent, you can review its performance in the Blast campaigns summary page. Learn more about email blast reporting.
