Overview
The marketing campaign performance report provides performance metrics of marketing campaigns by location.
Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Marketing Communications Campaign Type Name | Name of marketing campaign
NOTE: 'Other' represents One-Time Blast campaigns. |
Emails Sent | Total number of emails sent |
Delivery % | Percentage of sent emails that were delivered |
Unsubscribe % | Percentage of sent emails that led to a client unsubscribing |
Appointments Booked | Total number of appointments booked |
Appointments Completed | Total number of appointments completed |
Appointment Sales | Total value of all appointments that were completed from a marketing blast |
Projected Appointment Sales | Total value of all appointments that were created but not yet completed that came from a marketing campaign |
Customization Options
Additional columns
It’s recommended to add additional columns for the following metrics:
Client Name - Name of client receiving the marketing campaign
Delivery Status - The email status of each email communication
Location Name - Location that the marketing email is associated with
Action Take On - Date that the appointment generation occurred
Recipient Count - The number of clients who received the email
Unsubscribes - The number of clients who unsubscribed after receiving a marketing email
