Overview
The subscriptions report provides a view of all membership subscriptions and their status. By default this report filters to active subscriptions, but you can also filter to view all statuses including canceled and paused. This is the best report to use when tracking canceled subscriptions.

Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Subscription ID | ID of the membership |
Location Name | Location where the membership was purchased |
Client Name | Name of client associated with the membership |
Product Name | The name of the membership |
Started On | When the membership starts |
Ends On | When the membership ends |
Subscription Interval | How long the membership lasts before renewal |
Term # | What term the membership is on; measures how many times the subscription has been renewed |
Subscription MRR | Monthly recurring revenue of the membership |
Subscription Status | Status of the membership (i.e. active, paused, cancelled) |

Subscription ARR (annual recurring revenue of subscription)
Tracking Canceled Membership Subscriptions
To track canceled membership subscriptions, change the default filter from active to canceled.
