The Account Balances report is a point-in-time report that provides stored balances on clients accounts.

Overview

The Account Balances report provides stored balances on clients accounts. This is a point-in-time report meaning when viewed, it is all balances associated with the date and time the report is pulled.

NOTE: This report includes account balances associated with service deposits, account credit memberships, refunds to account credit and account credit sales. There is no distinction between the source of Account Balance and the amount. Account Balances are non-location specific. These balances are the total balances across the entire business.

Account balances where the balance is owed

NOTE: Account balance receivables is not enabled by default and has to be turned on for your business. To get help enabling, reach out to support@blvd.co. This was formerly a beta report.
