Overview
The time clock summary report provides a summary of daily time clock activities. This is a good report to use to quickly see how many hours a staff member clocked in, if a staff member forgot to clock out, etc.
Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Timecard Date | Date of the timeclock entry |
Timecard Location | Location of the timeclock entry |
Hours Clocked | Number of hours in the timeclock entry |
Customization Options
Location Name, Staff Name, Date
Customize report data by location, rows grouped by staff and an additional grouping by date.

Additional columns
It’s recommended to add additional columns for the following metrics:
Staff ID
In at (time staff member clocked in)
Out at (time staff member clocked out)
Minutes clocked
