Medspa Add-on Overview
The Medspa add-on is intended to bundle together advanced compliance and charting functionality typically used in medspas. The list price is $65. The medspa add-on includes:
Unlimited photo mark-up and sign off
HIPAA Coverage
Unlimited Photo Markup and Supervisor Sign-off
To support the documentation needs of medspas, the Medspa Add-on allows you to mark up images to indicate treatment points. You can also submit forms and charts to designated reviewers for them to add comments, approve or reject documents. There is no limit to the number of users or form templates that can utilize markup or sign-off.
HIPAA Coverage
Boulevard takes the lead through product and process to ensure you have clear guidelines on how to use Boulevard in a HIPAA-compliant way. We also have heightened security for businesses that handle sensitive health information. (See requirements for handling PHI article for more details).

Access to purchase additional clinical features like ePrescribe
Ongoing support from HIPAA-trained Boulevard staff
Upgrading to the Medspa Add-on
Business administrators can purchase the by chatting with Boulevard’s Customer Experience team.
If you already have HIPAA Coverage, upgrading to the Medspa Add-on will unlock unlimited photo markup and supervisor sign-off. If you purchase the Medspa Add-on in the middle of the month, you will receive a pro-rated bill for the remainder of the month.
