Detailed outline of how to partner with your Onboarding Specialist during the onboarding process.

Your Boulevard Onboarding Specialist is your project manager, consultant, and educator while you move into your new platform.

Your Onboarding Specialist will:

  • Collaborate with our Sales team to ensure Boulevard is the right fit for your business before you sign on

  • Familiarize you with the platform and the setup process

  • Meet with you on a regular basis to keep your launch on track and answer all your questions

  • Provide educational materials on using Boulevard in a compliant manner

  • Guide and advise you as you configure Boulevard for your unique business needs

  • If you are migrating data from a prior platform:

    • Coordinate with our engineering team to schedule and facilitate the migration

    • Work with you to validate the migrated data

    • Educate you on the ways Boulevard differs from your previous platform in the storage and maintenance of your data

  • Facilitate your training journey through Boulevard Academy to ensure you and your team are confident users when you launch

We also need your help! No one knows your business like you do, so we need your brainpower to do this right. On average, our customers spend about 15 hours over the course of 3 or 4 weeks to complete onboarding.

You or your in-house Boulevard champion will:

  • Submit your merchant application to enable payment processing

  • Order necessary hardware

  • Complete Boulevard Academy training and ensure your key team members do the same

  • Set up your dashboard to meet your unique business needs, with the advice and support of your Onboarding Specialist

  • If you are migrating data from a prior platform:

    • Clean up your old records before the migration to ensure a strong start in your new platform

    • Review data after migration to ensure accuracy and partner with your Onboarding Specialist to identify and correct any errors

  • Install online booking (we’ll give you everything you need to do this)
