Additional Columns

It’s recommended to add additional columns for the following metrics:

  • Client Email

  • Client Phone Number (Mobile # or Work #)

NOTE: Referral sources can be collected using connected fields. Check out the Forms and Charts: Connected Fields article for more information. This was formerly a beta report.

Customizing Referral Sources Beta Report by Location

If you need an understanding of clients associated with referral sources by location you can use the below template as a guide.

Please note that this is a template. You can add additional metrics that are important for your business. Within the Customize Report window, you can add additional row groupings like Product Category or Sale Date.

  1. Click Add Report+

  2. Search for the Referral Sources report and click Add +

  3. Click Customize Report

  4. Modify Rows Grouped by to include Locations

NOTE: A blank space under the Client column in the Referral Sources report represents a referral by 'Another Client' without the referring client’s name. You must add a referring client’s name to the client’s profile when adding ‘Another Client’ as the referral source.
