Initial Login Set Up

If it’s your first time logging in to the dashboard, an invite link is sent via email to the email address linked to your Boulevard account. It is recommended to access your invite link from a laptop or desktop. When accessing for the first time from your mobile device, you will be prompted to open through the Professional App. Password setup is not accessible from the professional app.

Your username is the email address associated with your Boulevard account. The password is created by you during your first login. The email invite expires 24 hours after being sent. If you do not access the dashboard and create a password within the 24-hour window, reach out to your onboarding specialist for assistance.

Creating a Password

  1. Click on the Accept Invitation link sent to the email address associated with your Boulevard account.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Boulevard account and create a password. Your password should be a minimum of 6 characters.

NOTE: The password you enter will be the password you use when you log in going forward.

Forgotten Password

If you've forgotten your password, recovery is easy. At the login screen, click Forgot Password? and then enter your email address. An email is sent with instructions to reset your password.

Inviting Employees to Join Boulevard

  1. Ensure the employee has an active email address linked to their employee profile.

  2. Navigate to Manage Business > Employees.

  3. Click send invite. The invite is sent to the email address associated with the employee's profile.

Tips for Success

  • Be sure to bookmark dashboard.boulevard.io so you can easily access the dashboard login.

  • If you’re experiencing issues, try clearing your cache.

  • If you have an IP restriction, the dashboard will not be accessible outside the range that is set.

  • The dashboard is most compatible with the latest version of Google Chrome.

  • To remove or deactivate an employee, refer to Logging Out, Removing, and Deactivating Users.

  • If a staff member has a client profile be sure their employee profile uses a different email address from the client profile.
