If you have trouble logging into your Boulevard account or accessing your dashboard, use this guide to identify and resolve common login issues.
Initial Account Login
Note: For the best experience, use a laptop or desktop for your first login to ensure you can create your password upon login.
If you try to log in from a mobile device, you’ll be redirected to the Boulevard Professional App, which does not support password creation.
To login and access your Boulevard account for the first time, follow these steps:
Check your inbox for an email from Boulevard with the subject line “You're invited to [business name] on Boulevard”. If you don’t see the email, check your Spam and Promotions folders.
Click the Get Started button in the email or use the login link provided below it. Invitation links expire after 24 hours. If yours expires, contact your Onboarding Specialist to resend it.
Create your password based on the recommendations, then click Create Password.
Once your password has been successfully created, click Return to Login to sign in with your account credentials.
Resetting Your Password
If you’ve forgotten your account password, follow these steps to reset it:
On the login screen, select Forgot Password?
Enter the email address linked to your account on the Password Reset Request webpage.
Check your inbox for an email from Boulevard with reset instructions.
The email may take 5–10 minutes to arrive.
If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Promotions folder.
Click the Reset Password button in the email, and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Inviting Staff to Join Boulevard
To invite a staff member to access their own Boulevard account, follow these steps:
Confirm that the staff member has an active email address linked to their staff profile.
Note: If a staff member also has a client profile, their staff profile must use a different email address
Go to Manage Business and select Staff.
Click Send Invite next to the staff member’s name. From the email invite, they'll be able to complete the initial account login process.
Tips for Success
To protect and secure client data, admins should set automatic logout after a period of inactivity.
For HIPAA-covered businesses, set auto-logout to 15 minutes or less.

Use the latest version of Google Chrome for best performance. If pages aren’t loading correctly, try clearing your browser cache.
If you have an IP restriction, you'll only be able to access the dashboard from approved network ranges.

If a staff member has an existing Client profile, a different email address must be used for their Staff profile.
