Overview
In Boulevard you can upload your business logo and have it populate on communication sent out from the system. Learn how to upload your business logo image and where it populates!
Business Logo
In the Manage Business Gear Icon > Business Details, is an upload image box on the top left-hand side. The image you upload here is your general business logo. If you have multiple locations, you can choose to upload different logos for each instance.
Location Logo
To upload a location logo, go to Manage > Details. The same area to upload an image populates here on the left-hand side. The location logo is the logo that will appear in the banner of the self-booking overlay.
You should upload an image in each of these areas, even if they are the same image.
NOTE: This is usually something that is done during the Onboarding stage with Boulevard, but you can update these images at any time.
The image in the Manage section is what populates in Boulevard communications and your online self-booking overlay. If you have multiple different logos for multiple locations, each location pulls its respective logo that is uploaded in Manage for messaging.
Logo & Banner Spec Recommendation
The recommended aspect ratio is 11:3 and the image should be at least 1024 pixels wide for best results.
The following communications include your logo in the header:
Appointment confirmation emails
Appointment reminder emails
Email receipts
You also have the ability to add your logo to Forms and Marketing emails.
