When a staff member has been requested by the customer, a heart icon

appears next to the staff photo. Appointments can be marked as requested or not requested at any time, including after the order has been closed. Requested appointment statistics appear in the Daily Summary and Appointment Metrics reports.

A client self-books online and requests a specific service provider

A client self-books online and selects "First Available" instead of a specific service provider

The business adds an appointment and chooses a specific service provider

The business adds an appointment and unselects the requested (heart) icon next to the service provider

Changing Requested or Non Requested Status

  1. Click Edit Appointment

  2. Click the name of the Employee assigned to the service

  3. Check or uncheck the heart to mark that employee as requested
