Requested Appointments

Overview of how to mark a staff member as requested.

Overview

When a staff member has been requested by the customer, a heart icon appears next to the staff photo. Appointments can be marked as requested or not requested at any time, including after the order has been closed. Requested appointment statistics appear in the Daily Summary and Appointment Metrics reports.

Changing Requested or Non-Requested Status

  1. Click Edit Appointment.

  2. Click the name of the Employee assigned to the service.

  3. Check or uncheck the heart.
