New: What's changing with Sign-off?

New view for forms & charts, and new sign-off workflows.

Written by Julia Egan

These updates are rolling out gradually to all businesses with the Medspa Add-on. If you don't see it now, it will be rolling out to you soon! See the existing Sign-off article for help on the current workflow in the meantime.

Overview

We’re launching improvements to forms & charts for faster, more compliant documentation.

Updates include:

For all Forms customers:

For all Medspa customers:

  • A progress tracker so you can see how many forms were submitted vs. reviewed

  • Bulk actions like “Sign all” and “Mark as complete without review” available behind permission settings

A new, centralized view for Form & Chart reviews

The new Forms & Charts section of the Clients tab allows you to view, at a glance, which forms & charts need action. No need to dig into individual appointments or individual client profiles. You can also save a signature for use while completing and approving forms.

All customers with Forms have this new view, though the progress tracker and sign-off flows are limited to businesses on the Aesthetics Bundles.

You can also track how many forms you’ve reviewed for any filter view with the progress tracker.

Adjust the dates or additional filters to narrow the list for review.

Move faster with the new review queue

Select some or all forms to review and launch the review queue to move quickly through your to do list.

Option to turn on Bulk Sign, Bulk Completion for staff

Admins have the option to turn on two additional time-saving abilities for their staff:

  • Bulk completion: Allows staff to mark forms as “Completed without review” - great for situations where you don’t require review of 100% of forms & charts

  • Bulk approve & sign off: Allows staff to mark forms as “Completed with review” without opening & reviewing each form

To turn on these settings, enable the permissions for your reviewers’ permission group.

Save your signature, reuse everywhere

Now any user with forms access can draw a signature once and re-use it anytime they complete or approve forms.
