Campaign Performance Report

Written by Marie London

We're excited to bring you an expanded reporting experience. If you don't see the reporting features described below, don't worry—this updated reporting experience will become available to your account over time.

Overview

The Campaign Performance report helps you evaluate how your marketing campaigns are performing, from delivery through client engagement to attributed bookings. It measures reach, engagement, and appointment impact by campaign, campaign type, and location.

Use this report to see whether messages are reaching and resonating with clients, how much revenue campaigns are driving, and where messaging may need adjustment. It's especially useful for comparing campaign performance across locations, tracking engagement trends over time, and spotting early signs of message fatigue like rising unsubscribe or bounce rates.

Note: Appointments are attributed to a campaign only if booked within 7 days of the send date, and results are anchored to the campaign send date rather than the completion date — so figures here won't match your marketing invoice. See the Report Caveats section below for details.

Report Caveats

There are a few important caveats and limitations to be aware of when using this report. Use these details to better understand how the data behaves and how to interpret it correctly.

Caveats

Details and Impact

Date filter = Campaign Send Date

The date range on this report filters by when the campaign was sent, not when appointments were booked or completed. Selecting "September" shows all campaigns sent in September and the appointments they generated, even if those appointments were completed in October or later.

Appointment and dollars will not match your invoice

Because this report is anchored to the campaign send date, the completed appointment count for a given month will differ from your Boulevard marketing invoice. Your invoice is based on when appointments were completed, not when the campaign was sent. Use the Marketing Billing report (coming soon) to reconcile with your invoice.

Includes both automated and blast (one-time) campaigns

This report covers all campaign types, automated and one-time blasts. Use the Campaign Type dimension or filter to isolate one type. Billing models differ between the two, blast campaigns use credit-based billing, while automated campaigns use attribution-based billing.

Booked appointments use a 7-day attribution window

An appointment is attributed to a campaign if it was booked within 7 days of the campaign send date. Appointments booked after the 7-day window are not counted as campaign-attributed, even if the client received the campaign.
