What to expect from the migration process

If you have a pre-existing ScriptSure account, you can migrate that account to a new account that is integrated with Boulevard, keeping your prescription history and data.

Contact ScriptSure support to begin the process of migrating your existing account to Boulevard. They will prepare your account for migration, and notify us when it's ready. We will kick off the migration process below at that time.

Your ScriptSure Migration: What to Expect

Moving to Boulevard ePrescribe

We're migrating your practice from ScriptSure to Boulevard ePrescribe. Your Boulevard representative will provide you with a set of available migration dates — simply choose the one that works best for your team. Here's everything you need to know before, during, and after the migration.


What Happens During Migration

  1. Schedule your migration window — Select a date from the options provided by your Boulevard rep. Plan to reserve 2 hours during which your staff will not be able to access ScriptSure.

  2. We send a reminder before it begins — Boulevard will notify your team ahead of the scheduled time so you can prepare and wrap up any active ScriptSure workflows before the window starts.

  3. We migrate your data — We will match your business details, locations, staff, and clients. Where we find duplicate or unmatched clients, we will create a new client record rather than guess — protecting the integrity of sensitive data.

  4. We notify you when it's done — Once the migration is complete, Boulevard will confirm you're ready to go. Your team can then begin using Boulevard ePrescribe immediately.

  5. Review the client merge list — We'll provide a list of any clients that were created as new records and may need to be merged with existing profiles. Your team reviews and reconciles at your own pace.


⚠️ IMPORTANT: During the 2-hour migration window, ScriptSure will be unavailable. Any data entered in ScriptSure after your migration date will not carry over. We recommend completing or exporting any critical ScriptSure activity before your scheduled window.


What We Migrate

  • Business & Locations — Your practice details and all location records

  • Staff — Provider and staff profiles from ScriptSure

  • Clients — Matched records; unmatched clients get new profiles

  • Post-Migration — A merge list is provided for any new client records
