Client Notification Email Themes

Adjust the look of your transactional emails to match your brand

Overview

From booking confirmations to reminders to receipts, Boulevard sends dozens of transactional emails to your clients every day. You can now customize the look and feel of your client notification emails so every touchpoint feels like it’s coming from your business.

To get started, you need Manage Business settings. Head to Manage Business > Client Experience > Email theme. Email themes are business-wide, but you can adjust which notifications are sent and when at the location level. (See Client Notifications).

Edit your email theme

In Manage Business > Client Experience > Email theme, select “Customize.” Select any email to preview how the theme will appear on that email type. The theme is applied to all of your business’ transactional emails, not just the email being previewed.

Logo

Your business logo from Business Details is the default logo.

Heading Fonts

Choose from a list of 11 fonts to customize your email heading appearance. These are designed to be easy to read and render in all email inboxes consistently.

Color selection

Next choose the color you’d like to see for the heading and action button.

You can either select a color using the color picker or, if you have an exact shade in mind, type in the hex code. You can also use the arrows to select RGB values or Hue, Saturation, and Lightness percentages.

Button shape

Finally select the button shape that best fits your style - are you confident and structured with a square, approachable and balanced with rounded corners, or modern and sleek with a pill shape?
