Boulevard’s Customer Referral Program makes it easy for eligible customers to refer other self care businesses to Boulevard directly from their dashboard.
If you know a business that could benefit from Boulevard, you can share your personal referral link with them. When they request a demo through your link, we’ll attribute the referral to you and guide them through our standard sales process.
Our standard referral reward is $1,000 for each qualified referral, but reward amounts may vary during promotional periods. Always check your referral page in Boulevard for the current reward amount and program details.
Who can participate?
The Customer Referral Program is available to eligible Boulevard users in the United States.
To participate, you must be:
A current Boulevard customer
A named user on an active Boulevard dashboard
Located in the United States

Who can you refer?
You can refer another appointment based self care business that may be a good fit for Boulevard, including:
Salons
Spas
Medspas
Barbershops
Nail studios
Wellness studios
Any appointment-based beauty or self-care business
The referred business must be a new customer to Boulevard. Referrals may not qualify if the business is already a customer in Boulevard’s system, is affiliated with an existing Boulevard customer, or is an additional location of your own business.
How to refer a business
From the top right corner of your Boulevard Dashboard, select your profile icon, then select Refer a friend.
You’ll be taken to your personal referral page, where you can copy your unique referral link. This link is how Boulevard connects the referred business back to you.
Send your referral link to the business you want to introduce to Boulevard.
When they click your link, they’ll be taken to the Boulevard website, where they can learn more and request a demo.
Note: Referrals will only count if they come through your unique link. We cannot adjust information after a referral has been made.
Once the referred business submits their information, they’ll enter Boulevard’s standard sales process.
You can return to your referral page in Boulevard to see the status of your referrals.
Referral statuses
You may see one of the following statuses on your referral page:
Submitted: Your referral has been received and is now in Boulevard’s sales process.
Unsuccessful: The referred business either decided not to move forward with Boulevard or was not the right fit at this time.
Successful: The referred business signed with Boulevard and paid their first subscription invoice.
Once a referral is successful, you should expect to receive your referral reward, subject to the program terms and conditions.
When rewards are issued
For eligible referrals, rewards are issued after the referred business signs with Boulevard and pays their first subscription invoice.
Referral rewards are currently issued as virtual gift cards. The current standard reward is $1,000, but reward amounts may vary. Rewards are delivered to the email associated with your Boulevard login. Check your referral page in Boulevard for the current reward amount.

Where do I find my referral link?
Log in to your Boulevard dashboard, select your profile icon in the top right corner, then select Refer a friend. Your personal referral link will appear on your referral page.
How do I know if my referral was received?
You can check your referral page in Boulevard. If the referral was received, you’ll see the status Submitted.
Why isn’t my referral showing on my referral page?
First, check with the business you referred to confirm they submitted their information or requested a demo through your referral link.
If they recently requested a demo, it may take some time for the referral to appear on your referral page. If you still don’t see the referral within one week of their demo request, please contact Boulevard Support for more information.
What does “Submitted” mean?
Submitted means your referral has been received and is now in Boulevard’s sales process.
