Overview
The referral program leaderboard report gives you visibility into your referral program, specifically which clients refer the newest clients to your business, the value of the clients they’ve referred, and the total amount of rewards you’ve given to this client for their referrals.
NOTE: This report attributes all sales within the specified date range to each referred client. It does not only account for the initial visit from the new client.
Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Client Name | Name of the existing client who has referred friends to your business |
New Clients | Distinct count of new clients who completed their first appointment using the Client’s referral code in the specified date range. |
New Client Value | The new clients’ total sales from appointments within the specified date range |
Total Rewards | The total amount of account credit rewards you have given to the Client. (it does not include the first-time visit discounts you have given to the new clients referred) |
Customization Options
To create a drilled-down version of this report on new clients referred, view the data by Client and include the following columns:
Metric | Definition |
Referred Client Name | Name of new client referred |
Voucher Rewards | The total value of vouchers rewarded to the existing client |
Account Credit Reward | The total amount of account credit rewards you have given to the client. (Does not include the first-time visit discounts you have given to the new client referred) |
Primary Location | Primary location of the existing client |
Reward Date | Date the existing client was granted reward for the new client referral |
