We’ve updated the Boulevard Professional app to give you more power and flexibility when managing appointments on the go.
The latest updates to mobile booking and schedule management make it easier to navigate your day, book accurately, and stay aligned with your team. Here’s what’s new:
Schedule view provides a simple list of the day’s appointments for a quick overview.
Copy from previous charts lets you pre-fill a returning client’s chart to save time.
Service add-ons and modifiers can now be applied to both new and existing bookings.
Real-time appointment status updates keep everyone in the business aligned.
Calendar-integrated rescheduling lets you adjust bookings while viewing availability.
Resource bookings helps you avoid conflicts by showing when rooms or equipment are already booked.
Expanded client contact details and service details help you prevent errors for faster, more accurate bookings.
Simpler daily planning with Schedule view
You can now view a list of the day’s appointments using the Schedule view, making it easier to review and manage all bookings from one screen.
Tap the date at the top of the calendar screen and select Schedule from the Calendar View options.
Faster charting with “Copy from previous”
For returning clients, you can now copy the last chart submitted for the same template to speed up charting. Selecting this will pre-fill the chart with the previous responses, while the signature and date remain blank and must be completed before submitting.
Open an appointment and select Forms, add or select the correct "Not Started" form, tap "Copy from Previous" from the prompt at the top of the chart.
Note: You’ll need the Advanced Form permission to access this feature.
Easier service add-ons and modifiers
When booking a service that offers add-ons or modifiers, you’ll now be prompted to select them or skip this step before completing the booking. Add-ons can also be added to an existing appointment by editing the service, making upselling a breeze.
Create or open an appointment, select the service, and tap the checkboxes to apply available add-ons and/or modifiers.
Real-time appointment status updates
When opening an appointment, you can now view and update its status. Status changes instantly sync across the Front Desk and Dashboard calendar views so your team always knows when a client has arrived, canceled, or is with their service provider.
Open an appointment, tap the status banner and select an option to apply it.
Quicker rescheduling using the in-flow calendar view
When editing an appointment time, you can now navigate the calendar directly to find the best available slot, making it quicker and easier to complete in one workflow.
Select an appointment, tap the pencil icon next to the current date, and reschedule it using the calendar.
Conflict-free scheduling for resource bookings
When creating or editing an appointment, you can now book resources for applicable services, like treatment rooms or equipment. If a staff member or resource is already booked during the selected time, you'll be notified immediately, which helps eliminate schedule conflicts before they happen.
Create or open an appointment and select the resource to view and confirm availability.

Faster client selection using contact details
When searching for a client to book, you’ll now see contact email and phone numbers to help you identify the right client.
Search for a client while booking or editing an appointment to review their contact information.
Note: You’ll need the View client contact information permission to access these details.
Accurate service selection using full details
When booking a service, the menu now includes additional details, like the service price and duration, alongside the service name. This makes it easier to confirm you’re selecting the right service at a glance.
Browse or search your service menu while creating or editing an appointment to see available details.
