Overview

We’ve updated the Boulevard Professional app to give you more power and flexibility when creating and editing appointments on the go.

With the new booking experience, you can now:

  • Add service add-ons and modifiers to appointments

  • Update an appointment’s status (ex. Change “unconfirmed” to “confirmed” or “arrived”)

  • View the calendar while scheduling to find the perfect time

Mobile Booking: Here’s What changed:

[NEW] Adding service add-ons and modifiers

When you add a service that has add-ons to an appointment, you’ll now be prompted to select add-ons and/or modifiers—or skip this step—before completing the booking.

You can also update an existing appointment to include add-ons by selecting the base service and choosing the add-ons you need.

[NEW] Updating appointment status

Previously, if a client arrived and went directly to the service provider, there was no way for the provider to update the appointment status for teammates to see on the Front Desk or Dashboard calendar view.

Now, you can select any appointment to update its status—keeping your team in sync.

[NEW] Viewing the calendar while rescheduling

Adjusting appointment times used to mean checking a calendar separately before editing the appointment.

Now, when editing an appointment’s time, you can navigate the calendar directly to find the best available slot.

[NEW] More context about the client

When searching for a client to book, you’ll now see more details—like their email and phone number—to help you identify the right client.

Note: Client contact details are only visible if you have access to that information.

[NEW] More context about the service

When booking a service, the menu now includes additional details, like the service price and duration, alongside the service name
