Overview
The client referrals report provides a summary of client referrals by date, primary client, and gross sales. Use this report to track how many clients your returning clients are referring.
Default Metrics
Metric | Definition |
Referred Client Name | Name of client who was referred |
Referred On | When the referral occurred |
Primary Client Name | Name of client who referred the client |
Lifetime Gross Sales | Total gross sales; Gross sales equals total sales before discounts, offers, or refunds applied are broken out by services, retail products, packages, memberships, gift cards, offset fees, and gratuity. |
Customization Options
Referred Client & Primary Client
To see the primary client who made the referral, group the data by Referred Client Name and group rows by Primary Client Name.
NOTE: A primary client name must be assigned to the the client profile when creating the referral in the client profile. Check out Referral Sources for more details.
