Staff account privacy rights request

Please note that in the normal course, Boulevard operates as a service provider to Self Care businesses (our “Customers”), and to the extent we store any information about you, as staff member of our Customers, it would be limited to maintaining such information on behalf of our Customers.

Because of Boulevard’s role as a service provider to our Customers, applicable law requires you to submit your privacy rights request directly to your Self Care business (i.e., the Self Care business from which you received account access.
