Daily Activity
The Daily Activity report, located under your Payment Processing tab, shows all transactions for a single day, including any refunds you’ve issued. To generate a report for a specific date, simply click the Download CSV button. The CSV file includes your gross amount processed, fees assessed, and the net amount scheduled for payout.
Monthly Activity Report
The Monthly Activity report, located under your Payment Processing tab displays two important reports, namely, the Transactions report and the Adjustments report. Depending on your fee type, i.e., Fixed Flat or Interchange Plus, the contents of these two reports vary as follows. Refer to the appropriate section based on your fee type:
Fixed Flat
Transactions Report: This report provides the sale and fee information for all the transactions for a given month. Click on the “Download Transaction CSV” against the specific month you want to download this report for. Apart from providing the details of the transaction, it shows the total fees charged for a transaction in the “Gateway Fee” field. Please note that it takes up to two days from the transaction date for the Gateway Fee to populate. This fee is calculated based on your merchant processing fee schedule and deducted daily from your deposit. The Interchange Fee field will always be 0.
Adjustments Report: This report shows any chargeback fees that you may have incurred for the previous month. It is generated on the 10th of every month and you are debited separately from your Bank Account. The total amount is shown in the "Adjustments column". Clicking this amount allows you to download the report.
Interchange Plus
Transactions Report: This report provides the sale and fee information for all the transactions for a given month. Click on the “Download Transaction CSV” against the specific month you want to download this report for. Apart from providing the details of the transaction, it shows the pass-through interchange (Interchange Fee field) and processing fees (Gateway Fee field) that were assessed on every transaction. The processing fee is based on your fee schedule, and the interchange shows what the card brands charge for the transaction and is passed on to you. Both these fees are deducted daily from your deposits. Please note that it takes up to two days from the transaction date for the Interchange Fee and Gateway Fee to get populated.
Adjustments Report: This report shows any chargeback fees, and passthrough fees such as card network fees, and assessment fees that you incurred for the previous month. It is generated on the 10th of every month, and you are debited separately from your Bank Account. The total amount is shown in the "Adjustments column". Clicking this amount allows you to download the report.
Notes:
Deposit times are approximate
Depending on the amount, your bank may hold the deposit for an extra day
National holidays extend the length of time between transactions and deposits
