Can I use funds from more than one BNPL provider on a single order?

No. You can only use one BNPL provider per order at checkout.

What happens if I get a refund?

Refunds on a Buy Now, Pay Later order go back to Affirm or Klarna. They cannot be issued to you as store credit or a gift card. Until the provider processes the refund and adjusts your plan, your scheduled payments may continue, so a refund does not automatically cancel your payment plan. Contact your provider to confirm how your plan is adjusted.

What if my plans change and I don’t use what I bought?

Your payment plan with Affirm or Klarna is separate from the services or products you purchased. If you don’t use a package, you still owe the provider according to your agreement with them. Whether you’re entitled to a refund depends on the business’s own cancellation and refund policy.

What if I miss a payment?

That’s determined by the terms you accepted, which may include late fees and may affect your credit. Check your terms, or contact Affirm or Klarna.

Who do I contact about my payment plan?

Affirm or Klarna. They own the plan, the payment schedule, and any changes to it. Neither the business nor Boulevard can view, adjust, or resolve your payment plan.
