All Boulevard trainings are available on-demand and designed to be completed at your own pace. You and your team can access Front of House, Back of House, Reporting, and advanced training materials anytime using the link below:

Boulevard Academy is organized to guide you through onboarding, role-based training, and deeper feature education — all in one place. Use this guide to navigate the site with confidence.

1. Start Here: Getting Started Video

We recommend beginning with the Getting Started video.

This video is designed for everyone on your team and provides a high-level overview of:

  • How to log in

  • How it supports your business

  • How to get started quickly

Think of this as your foundation. It sets the stage — but the real implementation begins within the role-based courses.

2. Courses Tab (Your Onboarding Checklists)

When you click the Courses tab, you’ll be directed to structured onboarding checklists divided by role:

  • Owners / Managers

  • Front Desk

  • Service Providers

These checklists are curated to ensure each team member learns exactly what they need to succeed in their role.

For Owners & Admins

We strongly recommend reviewing all courses — both Back of House and Front of House.

Suggested order:

  1. Start with Back of House training

    • Understand system setup

    • Configure services, pricing, memberships, and packages

    • Learn reporting fundamentals

    • Build the foundation of your account

  2. Then move into Front of House training

    • Understand daily workflows

    • See how staff will book appointments

    • Learn checkout processes

    • Review client profile best practices

This approach ensures you understand both strategy and day-to-day execution.

For Front Desk Staff

Front Desk team members should complete the Front Desk checklist, which focuses on daily operations such as:

  • Booking and modifying appointments

  • Checking out clients

  • Managing client profiles

  • Applying promo codes

  • Best practices for client experience

This training prepares them to confidently manage your calendar and client flow.

For Service Providers

Service Providers should focus primarily on Front of House training, including:

  • Appointment modifications

  • Reviewing client history

  • Using the Professional App

  • Managing schedules

This ensures they understand how to navigate their day and provide a seamless client experience.

Medspa Businesses: Advanced Training

For medspa partners, we’ve created an advanced training checklist in addition to the role-based courses.

This on-demand series dives deeper into:

  • Usage-based products

  • Charting capabilities

  • Membership structures

  • Package optimization

  • Advanced workflows specific to medspas

If you operate a medical aesthetics business, this section is highly recommended.

3. Lessons Tab (Quick Access Library)

The Lessons tab provides quick access to individual lessons included within the courses.

This is especially helpful when:

  • You need a refresher on a specific feature

  • You’re training a new team member on one task

  • You want to revisit a topic without going through the full checklist

You can also use the search bar in the top right corner to look up keywords related to the feature you’re trying to learn more about.

4. Link & Learn

The Link & Learn tab provides in-depth, topic-focused training sessions.

These on-demand sessions explore:

  • Key features

  • Best practices

  • Real-world use cases

  • Strategic workflows

Throughout each session, our Education Team shares expert insights and answers commonly asked questions to help you feel confident navigating the platform.

Whether you're looking to streamline operations, improve client experience, or drive more revenue, Link & Learn is designed to support your growth.

5. Custom Training

If your business is looking for additional support after completing the on-demand training (which we highly recommend), you can request advanced live training through the Custom Training tab.

This option is ideal for:

  • Businesses implementing complex workflows

  • Teams needing hands-on guidance

  • Owners looking to optimize reporting, memberships, or automation

Advanced live training is available at a rate of $185/hour. To get started, use the inquiry option within the Custom Training tab, and our Education Team will reach out with next steps.

Recommended Path for Success

To get the most out of Boulevard Academy:

  • Owners/Managers: Complete both Back of House and Front of House courses.

  • Front Desk: Complete the Front Desk checklist.

  • Service Providers: Complete the Service Provider checklist.

  • Medspas: Complete role-based training + Advanced Medspa checklist.

Completing these trainings ensures your team is aligned, confident, and fully equipped to run and grow your business on Boulevard.
