Overview
The Service Records report provides a complete view of all services configured in your Dashboard. It includes key details such as service name, category, active status, pricing, duration, processing time, transition time, and finishing time.
Use this report to review and maintain accurate service configuration data, ensure consistency across your service menu, and support operational setup workflows. It’s especially useful for auditing service configurations, validating pricing and timing details before a launch, and confirming that services are configured correctly for booking and availability.
Note: This report focuses on service setup and configuration data only. It does not include booking, sales, utilization, or other service performance metrics.

Before using this report, make sure the following are in place. These directly impact whether you can access the report and how accurate the data will be.
Permissions: You must have the appropriate reporting permissions enabled to see this report: Catalog Reporting > Catalog Records

Location and Access Scope: What you see in the report depends on your access:
You’ll only see data for assigned locations
Row-level access may further limit visible data
If it looks like data is missing, verify your location assignments and access settings.
Required Setup: For the report to show meaningful data, your service workflows must be set up correctly:
Services added and enabled per location
Service Categories created and assigned per product
