Linking a Bank Account

Add or change bank account details for your business

To change your bank account information in your dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Manage Business tab at the top right of your Dashboard.

  2. Click on the left menu where it says ‘Payment Processing’.

  3. Click the 3 dots associated with the merchant you are looking to view.

  4. You have two options:

    1. Update banking account via Plaid

    2. Update manually

  5. If you choose to update via Plaid, you will be prompted to add information through a secure connection with Plaid.

    Pro Tip: We suggest using the Plaid option for the easiest and fastest way to connect your bank account

  6. If you choose to update manually, you will be prompted to input your bank account number and routing number. Once completed, you will click ‘Submit for approval’.

  7. Once you complete either option, your bank account will appear as pending approval, along with a notification confirming that your new bank account information has been submitted.

  8. After submitting all of your banking information, you’ll receive an email requesting supporting documentation. Once it’s reviewed and approved, your bank account will be updated.

NOTE: Until your new bank account is approved and updated, payouts will continue to be sent to your previously linked account.
