To change your bank account information in your dashboard, follow these steps:
Click on the Cog at the top right of your Dashboard.
Click on the left menu where it says ‘Payment Processing’.
Click on the button to the right that says ‘View Merchant’.
You will then see two options: ‘Update banking account via Plaid’ & ‘Update manually’
If you choose to update via Plaid, you will be prompted to add information through a secure connection with Plaid.
Pro Tip: We suggest using the Plaid option for the easiest and fastest way to connect your bank account
If you choose to update manually, you will be prompted to input your bank account number and routing number. Once completed, you will click ‘Submit for approval’.
After completing either option, you will then see a bank account that is awaiting approval and a notification letting you know your new bank account information has been submitted.
Once you have submitted all of your banking information you will receive an email to provide documentation. Once it is reviewed and approved your bank account will be updated.
NOTE: Until the bank account is approved and updated you will continue to receive payouts from the previously linked bank account
