Boulevard’s Help Chat makes it easy to get fast answers and support while you're busy with clients.
Help Chat enables our Support team to deliver an efficient and flexible experience, so you're able to:
Multitask with ease: Step away to assist a client or take a call while chatting with us.
Get dedicated support: Our system collects key details to connect you with the right specialist quickly.
Share visuals and examples: Exchange screenshots, links, and videos to help resolve issues faster.
When you submit a question, our AI agent, Billie, will suggest solutions based on our knowledge base content. If you need further support, you'll be able to connect directly with a support specialist right from that same chat window.
If you prefer to speak with someone over the phone, you can request a call through Help Chat or email support@joinblvd.com. A team member will reach out within one business day, often sooner.

9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT
Accessing Help Chat in the Dashboard
To start a new chat from the Boulevard Dashboard:
Open the user settings dropdown in the top-right corner.
Select Help Chat.
Click Send us a Message to start a new help chat, or search for answers in our Support Center.
Accessing Help Chat in the Professional App
To start a new chat from the Boulevard Professional app:
Open the user settings tab in the bottom-right corner.
Tap Support.
Tap Send us a Message to start a new help chat, or search for answers in our Support Center.
