Help Chat enables us to deliver our customers a more efficient and flexible experience. Here’s why we love it:
We enable you to multitask. It’s okay to step away from a conversation to help a client. Plus, you can chat with us while you have a client on the phone.
We collect info through chat to quickly route you to the right person, which means better and faster resolutions.
We can exchange screenshots and share links to articles or videos with tips and tricks.
Still prefer to chat with a human? We get it and of course, we’re here to help! You can request a call through support@joinblvd.com or Help Chat, and we’ll contact you in one business day, usually much sooner.

Help chat is available Monday through Saturday:
9:00 AM - 9:00 PM ET
6:00 AM - 6:00 PM PT
Accessing Help Chat in the Dashboard
You can access Help Chat by opening the user settings dropdown in the top right corner and selecting "Help Chat." This will open a chat window where you can directly message the customer support team or search for answers.
When you submit a question, an automated response will provide the best answer using resources from our Support Center. If the response doesn’t fully address your question, don’t worry—you’ll still have the option to connect with a support specialist via chat.
