Scheduling appointments with friends and family just got easier with group booking!
Previously, guests had to call to schedule a group appointment, or separately book online and hope for similar start times.
With group booking, they can make appointments online allowing them to schedule services, select start times, and enter guest information. After the appointment is booked, Boulevard will send an email confirmation to the individual who booked with a detailed list of services for each person in the group.
We also know it can be a pain for guests to wait around while their friends finish their services. Boulevard ensures each guest starts their appointment within the same timeframe so that everyone arrives together and leaves together.
Accept group bookings today by navigating to the "Manage" tab within your Boulevard dashboard, click "Details", scroll down to "Location Features", and select the checkbox for "Group Booking".
Set up multiple iPads so guests can pay and be on their way!
Gone are the days of guests waiting in line to checkout because there's only one iPad available. Now, you can assign one desktop computer to multiple iPads, or if you have multiple desktop computers assign each one to its own iPad. From there, you can go through the standard checkout process across each device. Simple as that!
