Performance matters. Now your staff can track theirs directly on their mobile phone.
We know it’s important for staff to understand how their days, weeks, months are stacking up. That’s why we’re giving them the ability to view top performance metrics such as number of appointments and clients, prebooked percentage, sales, and more! Good things come to those who perform.
In the Boulevard mobile app, navigate to the new “Performance” icon at the bottom of the screen to view your stats. Check out the Mobile Staff Performance support article to learn more! If you’re not seeing the new “Performance” icon, force quit the app and reopen.
To enable staff members to view their performance, toggle the “Manage Business” tab and navigate to “Privilege Groups”. For each privilege Groups, toggle on “Mobile App Reports” under “Staff”.

There’s nothing worse than a client who’s ready for a service and a staff member who’s ready to perform it - but the room doesn’t have the proper accommodations. Resource Scheduling gives you the flexibility to turn complex scheduling rules into a no-brainer by ensuring staff, services, and resources are booked at the right times.
Easily toggle between staff and resources within the same calendar view, or click on appointment cards within the front desk view to quickly check which resource is booked for a service.
The new resource Utilization report helps you understand which rooms or equipment are getting the most attention.

Stack appointments through the Front Desk with Smart Scheduling in Dashboard
It can be hard to find the best appointment times when things are crazy busy at the front desk. That’s why we made it possible to now see “Best Times” or “All Times” when booking, editing, or scheduling appointments through the front desk - just like we optimize appointments through online booking!
Simply click into the appointment card or calendar slot and choose “View Times”. From there, you can easily toggle between “Best Times” and “All Times” (for when the suggested options don’t work for a client). Confirm time, complete booking, and then onto the next one!
Membership enhancements: shareability and voucher expiration date post-cancellation
Sharing is caring! When creating membership packages, you can now choose whether a package is for individual use or shareable with friends and family. You can also decide how many months after cancellation vouchers are valid.
To add a client to a shared membership, navigate to the purchaser’s client profile, edit the membership under “Subscriptions”, and add their lucky friend.
Lastly, the front desk can see available memberships and who owns those vouches (in order to redeem at checkout) under “Vouchers”.
Quickly filter and redeem purchased gift cards
Gone are the days of endlessly clicking through client profiles to find the gift card you need. The new “Gift Cards” section within the Sales tab lets you filter and search by card number, client name, email, or phone number. Also, you can easily redeem the gift card from this new sub-tab.
New productivity blocks let you define personal vs. business time
Personal obligations shouldn’t affect professional ones. Now you have the option to categorize blocked time as “Personal” or “Business” on the Calendar. Times blocked for things like lunch, meetings, or training sessions aren’t counted towards utilization % in Staff Performance reports and still considered work hours.
New ways to sort your clients
Forgot which clients you just added or updated? Want to know what new clients you’ve had in the last 2 weeks? Check out the new ways to sort, segment, and target your customers. In the Clients tab under “Refine Search”, sort your clients by “Recently Updated”, “First Appointment”, as well as custom date ranges.
